NL # 30- Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). Culture. One Step at a Time

Thought #1 – Fear of Missing Out.

The fear of missing out (FOMO) is a real thing. Your brain perceives it as a threat and it can cause unnecessary stress, anxiety, loneliness, low-self esteem, and depression.

To avoid these mental health challenges, know your triggers, plan your time wisely, and stay off social media until you can confidently say, “DCIIMO” (Don’t Care If I Miss Out).

Thought #2 – Culture.

The best way to increase your business outcomes is to transform your organizational culture into one where everyone wants to work together to see your company succeed.

Thought #3 – One Step at at Time.

Dream big. Move toward it one step at a time and you will get what you want.

Quote for the Week

Corporate culture matters. How management chooses to treat its people impacts everything for better or for worse.
