NL # 35 – It Doesn’t Take Much to Be Kind. Comfort. Be Wise.

Thought #1 – It Doesn’t Take Much to Be Kind.

You probably have heard that it doesn’t take much to be kind, but that couldn’t be furthest from the truth. It takes a lot to be kind.

You must look at things through the eyes of another person and not through your own eyes. Because what you think is being kind may not seem like kindness to someone else.

Yes, it does take a lot to be kind, but it’s always the best thing to do for you and for the person who will receive your acts of kindness.

Thought #2 – Comfort.

The older you get the more you’ll realize that challenges and obstacles come into your life to teach you something. The quicker you learn to find peace and comfort in whatever state you find yourself in, the better your life will be.

Thought #3 – Be Wise.

Don’t believe everything you are told. Test everything before you commit. It’ll save you a lot of heartache.

Quote for the Week

Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.
