NL # 55 – Live in the Moment. Importance of Exercise. Consistency and Persistence.

Thought #1 -Live in the Moment.

Live with purpose and passion, and be present in the moment. Ruminating about the past or the future will rob you of the precious moments right in front of you today. 

Thought #2 – Importance of Exercise.

You know this already; exercise will improve your physical and mental health. People who exercise are more relaxed and more focused than those who don’t. It can decrease your blood pressure and uplift your mood. So why not take steps toward exercising at least three times this week. Remember to check with your doctor first if you have not been exercising for a while. .

Thought #3 – Consistency and Persistence.

Adding consistency to persistence is one sure way to succeed at anything.
